Definition
A project fee is a flat, all-inclusive price charged for the completion of a defined scope of work, regardless of the time required. Unlike hourly or day rates, project fees give clients cost certainty and reward efficient creators. They are common in brand partnerships, video production, and consulting engagements where deliverables are clearly defined upfront.
