Metrics in the creator economy span platform analytics (views, watch time, click-through rate), audience health (subscriber growth rate, churn), monetization performance (RPM, CPM, revenue per subscriber), and brand partnership value (EMV, reach, engagement rate). Distinguishing between vanity metrics — which look impressive but do not correlate with business outcomes — and actionable metrics that drive decisions is a core creator literacy skill.
