Definition
The belief that abilities, skills, and intelligence can be developed through dedication and effort — as opposed to a fixed mindset, which holds that talent is innate and unchangeable. For creators, a growth mindset is the foundation of long-term improvement. Every video is a data point. Every failure is feedback. Every skill gap is a problem to be solved, not evidence of inadequacy. The most successful creators are not the most talented — they are the ones who treated their craft as something to be learned and improved over time.
