Definition
A Roberto Blake content philosophy that places viewer value at the center of every creative decision. Value First Content has five defining characteristics: a clear message for the viewer, attention-grabbing packaging, an interesting idea at a glance, validation of the viewer's decision to click within the first 15 seconds, and early creation of viewer enjoyment. This approach contrasts with creator-centric content that prioritizes what the creator wants to make over what the viewer needs to receive. The principle is that sustainable channel growth comes from consistently delivering value before asking for anything in return — subscriptions, likes, or purchases.
