Unique Viewers

Unique Viewers is a YouTube analytics metric that counts the estimated number of individual people who watched a channel's content during a selected time period, regardless of how many times they watched. Unlike total views (which count every play), Unique Viewers provides insight into the actual size of a channel's active audience. A large gap between Unique Viewers and total views indicates that a core group of highly engaged viewers is watching multiple videos repeatedly. Unique Viewers is a more accurate measure of audience reach than total views and is particularly useful for assessing the true size of a creator's engaged community.
