A platform enforcement policy — most notably enforced by YouTube — that restricts or demonetizes channels that upload content consisting primarily of material that has already been published elsewhere without sufficient transformation or added value. The policy is designed to prevent creators from profiting from content they did not meaningfully create or enhance.
