Freelance

Freelance refers to a work arrangement in which an individual offers their skills and services to multiple clients on a project-by-project basis, without being employed full-time by any single organization. In the creator economy, freelance work includes video editing, graphic design, copywriting, social media management, and consulting. Freelancers are typically classified as independent contractors, are responsible for their own taxes, health insurance, and business expenses, and have the freedom to set their own rates and schedules. Many creators begin their careers as freelancers before transitioning to building their own audience-based businesses.
