Definition
The flywheel is a business concept popularized by Jim Collins describing a self-reinforcing cycle of growth where each component of a business system builds momentum that accelerates the next. In the creator economy, a flywheel might look like: content drives audience → audience drives community → community drives product sales → product revenue funds better content. Building a flywheel is the goal of sustainable creator business design.
