EULA

Also known as:End User License AgreementSoftware License Agreement

Definition

End User License Agreement — a legal contract between a software publisher and the end user that defines the terms under which the software may be used. For creators, EULAs govern the use of editing software, streaming tools, stock media libraries, and platform services. Violating a EULA — such as using software commercially when only a personal license was purchased — can result in account termination or legal action.
