Definition
A person — often another creator, coach, or peer — who holds you responsible for the commitments you make to your creative work and business goals. Accountability partners are one of the most effective tools for overcoming procrastination, maintaining consistency, and following through on plans that would otherwise stall. The best accountability relationships are reciprocal — both parties benefit from the structure and the social commitment of having someone who expects them to show up.
