A creator business evaluation framework coined by Roberto Blake that measures the three dimensions of a sustainable creator career: Reach (the size and growth trajectory of your audience across platforms), Reputation (the authority, trust, and perceived expertise you hold in your niche), and Revenue (the diversified income streams generated by your creative work). Roberto Blake uses the 3Rs to help creators diagnose which dimension is limiting their growth — most creators focus exclusively on Reach while neglecting Reputation and Revenue diversification.
